Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and 3-5 days for delivery depending on location. For certain places in North East India, the delivery times maybe 10-15 days as well because of accessibility issues. Shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging. Send these to the email address mentioned on the contact us page.
